To View a New Order, follow these simple steps:
Navigate to the Main Menu on the Home screen.
Tap on the Order icon.
Navigate to the Order Page.
To view your order, simply Tap on the Order.
Alternatively, Tap on the 3 dots and select View Order.
Your Order Details will be displayed, including:
Order Number.
Customer Address (Copy address by using Copy icon).
Order Status (Date and Time).
Quick Action Button (Contact Customer, Accept Order, View Customer Details, Download Invoice).
You can view the details of your order by scrolling down the Order Page.
You'll get details:
Product details.
Quantity of each product.
Total order amount.
Instructions:
You have the option to either Complete or Reject the Order.
Simply Tap on the corresponding button to proceed.
