How to complete new order?

To complete a new Order, follow these simple steps:

  • Navigate to the Main Menu on the Home Screen.

  • Tap on the Order icon.

  • Navigate to the Order Page.

  • To view your order, simply Tap on the Order.

  • Alternatively, Tap on the 3 dots and Select View Order.

Your order details will be displayed, including:

  • Order Number.

  • Customer Address (Copy address by using copy icon).

  • Order Status (Date and Time).

  • Quick Action Button (Contact Customer, Accept Order, View Customer Details, Download Invoice).

Instructions:

  • You can view the details of your order by scrolling down the Order Page.

You'll get details:

  • Product details.

  • Quantity of each Product.

  • Total Order amount.

Instructions:

  • You have the option to either Complete or Reject the order.

  • Simply click on the Complete button to proceed.

  • You'll get an option to add tracking ID and Remark.

  • Tap on check boxes and tap on confirm.

Enter Order tracking details:

  • Select your Courier Partner.

  • Enter your Tracking ID.

  • Tap on Add Tracking ID.

Optional: You may choose to add an Additional note.

  • This is not mandatory but can provide further context or information.

  • Finally, Tap on Complete Order.

Congratulations! You've successfully Completed your Order.
