What are the gateway charges?

If you're on the Free Plan, the following charges apply:

• 2.99% platform fee (Including GST).

• 2% gateway charges (Excluding 18% GST).

For example:

Your order amount is Rs.100. The charges include:

• Platform fee: Rs.2.99.

• Gateway charges: Rs.2.36.

After deductions, your final amount would be Rs.94.65.

If you're on the Paid Plan, the following charges apply:

• 1.99% platform fee (Including GST).

• 2% gateway charges (Excluding 18% GST).

For example:

Your order amount is Rs.100. The charges include:

• Platform fee: Rs.1.99.

• Gateway charges: Rs.2.36.

After deductions, your final amount would be Rs.95.65.

Note: Annual plans have no platform fees. However, Gateway charges are a fixed 2.36% per order.
