A settlement is also known as payouts. We process payouts within 2 working days after receiving an online order.
Note -
Payouts will be released only on working days (weekends & public/bank holidays are excluded).
The second and fourth Saturday of every month & Sundays are bank holidays. Payouts will not be processed on these days.
Additionally, some holidays are subject to the lunar calendar and may change based on the sighting of the moon.
However, delays may occur under the following conditions:
If you don't accept the order and the order status remains Unfulfilled, your payout will be on Hold.
If you cancel the order, your payout will be on Hold.
If you don't mark any order as Fulfilled, your payout will be on Hold.
For credit card or credit card EMI payment, store owner needs to provide Proof of Delivery. It can take up to 7 working days to settle this payout.
First 3 online payments with an order value greater than Rs. 500 will be settled by the Ooulet's Compliance team manually. It can take up to 7 working days to settle this payout.
All online payments greater than Rs. 3000 will be settled by Ooulet's Compliance team manually. It can take up to 7 working days to settle this payout.
If your transaction reached to the threshold limit of Rs. 10,000, complete the KYC to continue receiving online payments.
Note – If the Ooulet’s Compliance team suspects a store suspicious or it is flagged by customers, all payouts will be put on hold. The store owner will need to complete KYC and provide Proof of Delivery.
