Why are my payments on hold?

We process payouts within 2 working days after receiving an online order.

Note - Payouts will be released only on working days (weekends & public/bank holidays are excluded).

However, delays may occur under the following conditions:

  1. If you don't accept the order and the order status remains Unfulfilled, your payout will be on Hold.

  2. If you don't mark any order as Fulfilled with correct tracking details, your payout will be on Hold.

  3. For credit card or credit card EMI payment, store owner needs to provide Proof of Delivery (Tracking details).  It can take up to 7 working days to settle this payout.

  4. First 3 online payments with an order value greater than Rs. 500 will be settled by the Ooulet's Compliance team manually. It can take up to 7 working days to settle this payout.

  5. All online payments greater than Rs. 2000 will be settled by Ooulet's Compliance team manually. It can take up to 7 working days to settle this payout. Compliance team may ask for valid Proof of Delivery to process the payout.

  6. If your transaction reached to the threshold limit of Rs. 10,000, complete the KYC to continue receiving online payments.

  7. If you choose the self-ship option, please ensure the orders are delivered within 3 days of the order date and the status is changed to “Fulfilled”, for us to process the payouts. If the order is marked Fulfilled after 3 days, the payment for the order will go on hold and you will need to contact us with valid Proof of Delivery to process the payout.

  8. In absence of a valid proof of delivery (if asked by the Ooulet's Compliance team), the amount for the order will be refunded to the buyer's source account. Platform Fee and Gateway Charges apply to the order amount. If you have any questions regarding payments, get in touch with us at [email protected].

Note – If the Ooulet’s Compliance team suspects a store suspicious or it is flagged by customers, all payouts will be put on hold. The store owner will need to complete KYC and provide Proof of Delivery. If you don't comply the Ooulet's guidelines Compliance will disable the payment gateway for future transactions.
